Boquete is definitely one of our favourite places in Panama.

It lies in the province of Chiriqui and is almost 2000 m above sea level.

The climate is cool and offers a lot of different hikes and waterfalls.

The Lost Waterfalls hike is a must do when you´re in Boquete!

It´s not a very long hike but can be kind of difficult with muddy paths and it might be a bit slippery in some places, but in the end it is so worth it!

The three waterfalls are really breathtaking and we are so happy that we did this hike, even though it left us soaked in mud.

We stayed at Hotel Central Boquete, a very nice and cosy hotel in the city where wild hummingbirds fly over your head and the atmosphere is just wonderful!

The last day in Boquete we definitely challenged ourselves by finding ourselves ziplining through the rainforest.

We are both kind of scared of hights, so this was something we had never experienced before.

We booked through Boquete Tree Trek which has all kind of tours and a resort in the middle of the higland.

The canopy tour is 4,5 kilometres in total length and has 12 different zip line cables. The guides were really professional and great! During the tour they take pictures and films of you ziplining and at the end of the day you can buy the photos and the film.

We had a great time over there and the sights are just breathtaking!
